Table laid for lunch.......... it's roast pork today with crunchy potatoes, fresh veg and delicious gravy...... the aroma in the home is wonderful!

Some of our sparkling and colourful pebbles collected from the Jurassic coast made a great activity in the home. We had some inspiration pages to help with ideas or we could free hand our own designs including dripping different coloured paints together and letting them settle, mandalas, dot work and glitter. Great and relaxing fun [...]
Celebrating St Patrick's Day here at Beechwood with a delicious lunch...... Homemade Beef & Guinness pie served with Colcannon and fresh veg followed by Irish Cream Cheesecake. And a glass of Guinness for those who would like. The aromas from the kitchen are amazing! Oh... and green, orange & white themed cupcakes with tea later...
"Dydd Gŵyl Dewi Hapus"To celebrate St David's Day our residents were treated to Welsh lamb stew with herb dumplings followed by 'daffodil yellow' lemon meringue pie. Later its homemade leek & potato soup with Welsh themed cupcakes... yum
